You agree to access this site solely for your own personal use and lawful purposes. You must not use this Site or any of its content for illegal purposes and/or activity (including any commercial activity).
You must not transfer to this Site any content which is or may be obscene, offensive, inaccurate, misleading or defamatory, in breach of intellectual property right or compromising this Site software. Your personal use of this Site should NOT infringe and/or compromise the use of it by any third party.
We reserve the right to suspend the Site for maintenance, regulatory, legal or other reasons. We also reserve the right to suspend your use of this Site with immediate effect if you breach any of these Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right software and hardware to enable you to use this Site in a safe manner. We are not responsible if your computer is affected by any virus and/or bug as a result of using this Site. We cannot guarantee that your use of this Site will be free of error and/or interruption and therefore we are not responsible for any corruption or loss of data/material when downloaded onto any computer system.
You may register with us when purchasing products using this Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure.
We reserve the right to refuse access to this Site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
When you place an order to purchase products on our Site you offer to purchase the products at the prices indicated, including the relevant delivery cost.
We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email listing the products you have ordered.
Your order will be accepted only when we send you an email confirming that we have dispatched the products listed in your order. At this point the contract between us is formed and becomes binding, therefore any order cancellations will NOT be accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel your order without liability in case the ordered product/s is out of stock, we are unable to source for any reason whatsoever or if we do not obtain authorisation for your payment.
We also reserve the right to withdraw products and/or make changes to the Site content, therefore all information regarding the products, including price, is subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
We make every reasonable effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of products on this Site as accurately as possible. The images of the products, including the colour you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any image of the products will reflect accurately all the characteristics, including the colours, of the products delivered.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of the products we sell, specifications and descriptions are not binding and are intended to provide you with a general description.
At any given time the information included on this Site may be subject to inaccuracy and may be out of date.
We make every reasonable effort to keep the information with regards to our stock availability as accurate as possible. However, on occasion discrepancies may occur. Should it happen that you place an order for a product displayed as available, and in fact the product is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as we can.
Please do not place an order for products marked “OUT OF STOCK”. We will be under no obligation to accept an order from you for products which are marked “OUT OF STOCK”. However, subject to Clause 6, we will make every reasonable effort to procure products which may be displayed “OUT OF STOCK” to the extent they can be made available to us.
Due to the unique nature of our products, the number of units per product we can offer may be limited. However, subject to availability from our suppliers, we may be able to offer you the possibility to have some of our products handmade to your request, under our Handmade to Order service.
The delivery time under the Handmade to Order will be confirmed by us upon receiving your order and in any case before delivery, as it may vary depending on the product you have ordered.
Products are invoiced in USD at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices displayed on the Site include sales taxes which will be charged at the prevailing rates. These may vary from time to time for reasons outside of our control.
Delivery charge is an additional cost. Please, refer to our Shipping & Returns section for more information.
Although we make every effort to ensure that all prices on this Site are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either cancelling your order or re-confirm it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We have chosen PayPal as this is one of the safer, easier and widely used way to make and receive payments online. Since we are a small business, we hope it will give you peace of mind when buying our products.

In the instance that your order has already been dispatched when you contact us, we will NOT be able to accept any order cancellation.

If you order products for delivery outside Singapore they may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the products reach the final destination. You are responsible for any import duties incurred on your purchases. MIA – Made in Asia has no prior warning on whether these charges may be incurred or what value they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for further details.
Please note that you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are to be delivered. Furthermore, cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs. Should the products be subject to inspection, MIA – Made in Asia cannot guarantee they will be in the same original condition.
All the products purchased from our Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and the title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We care about your privacy and we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
When you place an order with us, we collect certain personal information (e.g. name, address, email address, etc.). We require this information to provide you with a better service, to improve our products and services, and to send promotional emails about our products and/or initiatives from time to time.
However, you have the right to restrict the collection or use of your personal information by simply ticking the box indicating that you do not want the information to be used for direct marketing purposes.
We will not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties unless we have your written permission or are required by law to do so.
