Shipping Policy
We make every reasonable effort to ship all orders as soon as possible, normally within 48 hours from the time we receive your order.

We will inform you when an item is out of stock, if it is coming back or if it is possible to have it on a “handmade to order” basis. Some of our items are exclusive pieces – one of a kind – hence once they have been sold it won’t be possible to re-order them.
For all our products, we offer two international delivery options with Speedpost for your purchases:
EXPRESS: quick and efficient delivery worldwide – 1 to 5 working days
STANDARD: economical and reliable option – 6 to 14 working days
Please note that for deliveries within Singapore, we will be using Singapore Post standard mail service.
Shipping charges are the total cost of shipping, handling and packaging. Any import taxes and/or custom duties which may arise are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase; therefore should there be any issues, please get in touch with us at mia@mia-madeinasia.com as soon as possible.
We are happy to consider returns on a case by case basis. In case a return has been agreed, we can either give you a refund or exchange your item for something else.
Please make sure to make the return within one working week. The item returned has to be unused and in perfect conditions, with all the packaging, labels and tags intact if any.
Please note that shipping, handling and packaging charges are non-refundable. We are only responsible for return postage in case there has been a mistake in delivering your order. In all other cases the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
